Simple and effective

Easy to operate ultrasound welding machine produced in the same manner as higher models (Thorn+ DIGITAL, SUPER Thorn), suited to join different  products of complicated shapes.
The welder was designed for Simple applications , not requiring final process parameters control .

This high class welding machine ensures reliability and shorter duty cycle.
Standard frequencies 20, 35kHz.

Control panel as an option

Everywhere, where the welding or cutting process  does not require control over welding path and electronic downthrust pressure and the whole process is not complicated, we can use BASIC – basic version, in which the control happens at the generator level or by optional external programmer.

The lack of control panel  imposes significant restrictions when it comes to ad-ons usage (soundproof cabin , tape drive, rotary table...)

Despite its Simple construction and the lack of integrated control panel, BASIC ultrasound welding machine , makes a great basis for companies wishing to include new, ultrasonic technology into its production process. Even in this version clients can be sure to obtain titanium converter and booster, high rigidity of the structure combined with self-levelling table ensuring parallelism of the welded planes.
