As a manufacturer of ultrasonic technology, we are ready to meet the expectations of the customer with a CNC machining solution or robotic arm.
The need to use modern ultrasonic cutting solutions is no longer a problem.
Having a CNC with an HSK 63 (A, F) interface, a plotter, a robotic arm.... 
the ability to changeover and work with ultrasonic cutting technology can be presupposed.

Thanks to the use of ultrasound, we gain the following benefits:

• almost lossless cutting,

• the blade vibrates longitudinally, creating a kind of cushion that protects the tool from dulling and produces a 'sawing' effect,

• the blade geometry can be adapted to the customer's own application,

• achievable high amplitude of 40 μm at the end of the tool,

• the system allows adaptation to the existing solution.

We are now prepared to embed ultrasonic systems using the following fixings.
